Coldest Night of the Year Fundraising Walk for Souls Harbour

We had so much fun last year sponsoring the Coldest Night Of The Year in Bayers Lake, Halifax, that we are doing it again! On Feb. 22nd we are walking to raise funds and awareness for the newest work of Souls Harbour Rescue Mission. Lisa is our Life Coach we were able to hire after last year's walk. She has been working hard this year studying and preparing to start a job training program for adults with disabilities and those struggling with addictions, working with a handful of students so far. This is a program that we are very excited to start full force in 2020! Mission Mart is completely accessible - we deliberately made our aisles wider, installed accessible washrooms and change rooms, and sacrificed floor space for classroom space, with this program in mind!
